Single room had an iron, a multi-channel television and a DVD player, everything worked for us. Moreover, we parked nearby. The hotel of choice in Royal Leamington Spa.
The street outside is quite noisy.

It made our trip to Royal Leamington Spa a COMFORTABLE experience. Just a 10-minute stroll to the centre. We booked a standard single room and greatly enjoyed it. Besides, parking was available nearby.
